MATT raised $10M cash on June 30 by selling some 15% junk bonds, according to the narrative in the 10Q, so their liquidity should be ok now.

Also, I noticed in the 10Q that they are generating positive cashflow from operations.

Seems unlikely that they will go out of business in the next year or two.
