I would guess that the HQ relocation would prompt the RCMP to file their charges now, if they have any, to keep the cow from getting out of the barn.

Since no charges have been filed, I would guess that ALL Starnet officers are free to leave the country as they please. Soon there may be little or nothing the RCMP can do to Starnet.

Does anybody know if Antigua has an extradition treaty with Canada or the U.S.?

P.S. I knew you shorts would try to put a negative spin on this.
