Keep in mind that the large revenue will NOT flow immediately, there is a great deal of infrastructure upgrading required for Tri-vue, this is not just a quick install and run it.

Tri-vue has 50,000 rooms that they offer their services to, a hotel either has the service or not, the hotel is not going to turn people away because they have other entertainment interests, than sitting in their room and gambling. I have no doubt that those playing will average more than $50 and I also have no doubt that they will market the offering to a certain demographic group, but they will NOT be the only people staying at the hotels. Tri-vue is also not planning (to the best of my knowledge) to switch to this being their only entertainment offering.

The reference you made to limits is one thing, but that is the gambling limit, that is not profit. The company will be paying out some winnings as well or they will not have many players for long.

This is an excellent opportunity, but it is NOT yet a done deal and it will NOT be online and fully functional for a while. I do not believe the view is underwhelming, just realistic.

I am still very much a believer and figure a more significant move will occur once the deal is official, but the long term is what is truly exciting.

Salut,

Leigh McBain
