Paul, the only picture I get is unbelievable dilution of what would otherwise be a chunk of the kimberlite claims. We
old shareholders will have only a fraction of the benefit we would have had without this bizarre deal. IF the kims turn out to be a wonderful big field, as I am assuming they will, wouldn't we rather NOT have issued stock in these vast quantities to others? Wouldnt we want undiluted diamonds rather than some unripe patent idea and an association with the esteemed leadership of EQUATORIAL GUINEA for Christ's sake?
Of course maybe they will find no more pipes and the ones we have could turn out uneconomic. Not my assumption, but it could happen. Still, why not WAIT TILL THEN to do the usual new vend in and PR crankup? How 'bout an answer to that question management??? How can you trade off with a vendor when you don't know the value of the diamond interest yet?
And what due diligence or valuation was done by CFV regarding the magnesium technology and the Guinea rights? Huh?
Just curious.
John
