Michael, having never engaged in any male-bashing myself, and having never followed the kind of discussions you are alluding to, I cannot really comment on your points about the alleged "sisterhood."

I would point out, however, that "girl talk" is a rather condescending term, and perhaps inappropriate for the thread, given the amount of time devoted to what you might call "boy topics" (gun ownership, for example).
