From the looks of this thread, it seems that everyone has given up on this company. The market responded very negatively following the anouncement. Net profit after taxes 26k less than Q2 with increase taxes of $254,130, aquisition cost of Schmitt Hofmann Systems GmbH, and $60k loss from Schmitt Europe. Not bad. If you look at the pre-tax numbers they paint a different picture:

FY97 net profits before taxes increased 46 percent to
$728,464 vs. $499,966 in FY96.

Not sure why the taxes increased to such an astronomical figure???? Anyone have any ideas????

I really like the things this company is doing. I'm a little concerned that there is only 8+ millions shares on the market. I don't see much institutional sponsorship.
