How about only printing the pages you plan to read... I would hate to haul a copy of "War and Peace" on a plane but I would not feel too bad about printing 100 (or so) pages on my printer and reading those pages. And once I am done reading those pages I can toss the pages in the recycle bin!! Seriously, FATB would be great for the "technicians" for have information that is important enough to publish but the sales volume does not interest a publishing house.
