You had to instruct your broker to exercise the rights and purchase the shares for you at the IPO price. As far as I am aware they expired on 8/10 and 8/11, but if your ICGE are not showing as expired you may want to call your broker to check. The 5 ICGE rights would net you about $300 after charges if you could still use them.
