It's even worse than you think. Even if the Pokemon fad is still around in the spring, this contract is for the amusement market, not retail. In other words, Play-by-Play will distribute this stuff to entities that use it as prizes. Even management is telling people this is not a big deal.

When you couple that with the fact that this company is fighting for its financial survival, you know why it traded at $1 per share on Monday of this week. Depending on what it could get for its toy inventory, tangible book value is probably a negative number. It may take a day or two, but when the dust settles, this stock will be a lot lower than $4 1/2.
