The auditing firm is in Tampa FL, and most of its clients that file annual reports appear to be from Florida also. Now why, I ask, must a company based in California go to Florida to hire an auditor? No matter. I'm sure that now they have this auditing firm on their team, the stock will be listed on Nasdaq in a jiffy.
