Your Happy. Jeesh, I was selling off equities to make room for a margin call. Actually, I was told about MDCM from a good friend of mine whose wifes sister works there. By the time I did my DD it had already run. Second time I have blown a good opportunity. MDCM will be OK even if rates go up. They help you save money on your mortgage. I am sure they will stress this point also! --Mark
