Zeev: Maybe so, but I'm pretty sure she said HSDC. Course it could be someone else with the same acronym? Anyway, based on Paul's recent posting about the last tranche purchased it'll be easy enough to go back to the agent and ask if the July 27th common stock transfers went to the same requesting entity. If so...well....whoever it is, it's the same institution. If not? Then VLNC's shopping around? Enough for me tonight! John~
