That's a very good point. I think it really speaks to the "discontinuous innovation" nature of the RMBS architecture. INTC has over 80% of the chip market. They would have difficulty with the SEC if they establish a new chip format using RMBS, then acquired them. Remember, RMBS is an IP company and they will get a royalty on each RMBS chip. Imagine INTC trying to pull that off.
