After the break, Mephisto, you should write to SUNW IR and ask them to route your request for a support credit for Mephisto's husband on his recent StarOffice purchase. Let them know that a whole bunch of us SI indys representing a whole bunch of shares concur and agree that it's the right thing to do. Also say 'thanks' from all of us if you think about it.
