time-traveler, i understand what you are saying, however, I purchased aol last year because i firmly believe in the company, it's management and it's potential for stellar growth. these convictions that i have only get stronger with all the research and analysis i do and garnish from others. i pay heed to "the experts" and what they say but in the end, it is my convictions that i live and die with. as the poem "if" reads : if you can trust yourself when all men doubt you but make allowance for their doubting too". i am long this stock and will be till i find a stock more compelling and in my opinion, one that will reap more gains for me. i guess this is the essence of investing. take care, mark
