If my memory is correct, the end of August last year had a couple really bad days and then slowly started back up for a week or two. It is quite possible that it was a snall correction the end of August and a bigger one in October, maybe as a result of those folks that got trapped down in the summer doldrums that decided to take profits which caused a bigger correction. Just a guess. Will it happen again? Probably. Even the experts can't agree. Regards, Sally
