To All:

TMO has recently proposed exchanging a weaker operating unit for 10% of TCA. Basically, this is a screw-job to the current TCA share holders. It is structured simply for the benefit of the parent TMO and is bad for the TCA shareholders.

I suggest that all current shareholders vote against this dog of a deal.
