I agree - the PROGRAM, when it is working properly, IS the best out there.

Not sure I agree with that - putting a little light on a subject in a public forum can sometimes light a fire under those whoes job it is to fix it.

I totally disagree with this comment - Qcharts is a NEEDED TOOL for me to do my job - trade. Without it I can not do my job any more that if I did not have a needed vehicle to transport my product to market. If you are an investor, maybe the problems are not THAT important but to a trader they are absolutely necessary.

Rather presumptuous of you, don't you think? Certainly not one of the best days for trading but careful trading could have taken a point or two out of the market today - just as it can during any day.

Certainly true - but that is MY decision to make, not to be made for me due to lack of trusted data.
Certainly not all is the fault of Qcharts - NASDAQ has their problems at market opening on high volume days - but whatever their problems, there is NO EXCUSE for the contempt which this companies management seems to hold it's customers.
Seems time that the BOD takes a hard look at senior management before they have no company left.
