The success of OPEC's production cuts in raising crude oil
prices could embolden members to sustain those cuts even after
they're supposed to expire April 1, said Mordechai Abir, a global
strategies analyst at Shroders & Co. and author of three books on
Saudi Arabian culture.

OPEC members may "think it's still not enough," Abir said.
"I have a very strong feeling that it will continue past the end
of the full year of agreement. All of OPEC, with the possible
exception of Venezuela, will want the cuts prolonged beyond
April 1."
