Some people never learn. You NEVER want to short beanie
babies under any condition. Always buy beanie baby puts.
If you short the babies, you have unlimited downside. On any
given day, some 7 year old with flush with birthday cash could bid
hundreds of dollars for Rodney the Rooster and you're SOL.
Also, remember to keep 90% of your portfolio in secure guaranteed
income instuments like a mouth full of loose teeth. You can
count on regular income from the tooth fairy while you're
waiting for those beanie puts to quadruple.
