MU TA UPDATE as of 9/2/99 after the close.

(1)The 8/17/99 up trend is getting nearing a break to the
down side.
(2) When ? Hal can not predict, but will know when it
happens.
(3) There have been four up moves since the 5/26/99 low
of 34 1/2.
