Yep. I see your point. But I don't see lengthening the time it takes to get a "no-fault" divorce and mandating some mediation/conciliation/counseling as part of the divorce process as "interference". ADR is now a part of all civil lawsuits in the NH court system. It ought to be expanded a bit in divorce cases where children are involved. JLA
