To All,

I don't know who is at fault for the deteriorating service that we're getting from QCharts but if it is a problem with QCharts it seems to me that there are some things we can do about it.

Some things that I thought of off the top of my head. (I invite comments and suggestions)

1. If you are going to be away from your computer for a length of time be sure and turn off QCharts.

2. Reduce the number of active windows on your screen. Save your favorite layout then make a simplified layout to use while the problem is with us.

If the problem, or part of the problem, is bandwidth related then these two suggestions can reduce the load considerably.

It would help if someone at QCharts would respond with other positive suggestions for things we can do to help alleviate the problem while a permanent fix is being implemented.

Regards,
EFM
