init - interliant is more of a consolidator, its growth has been through rolling up

that costs it some valuation up front while investors wait and see if interliant can keep the momentum at the same time integrating the acquisitions

roll ups typically have a gestation period where they have to prove they can roll up and keep rolling smoothly
