Dan

I apologize for not reading the content of your post RE: 8K.

I took it to be just a repeat of Mr. Jones' heads up. I could be wrong,it would'nt be the first time, but the most salient part of this order is the portion that begins, "The stated purposes of the High Court orders are (i) the survival of the UK Subsidiaries, and the whole or part of their undertaking, as a going concern, (ii) the approval of a voluntary arrangement under part I of the English Insolvency Act 1986, and (iii) a more advantageous realisation of the UK Subsidiaries' assets than would be effected on a winding up."

Freely translated into American English, IMHO, the Court does not wish to see MTI disolved by absolute bankruptcy but would prefer to see the company reorganize under more favorable financial circumstances.

The matter of Peter Morris I believe was settled in England and now we have await the outcome of the May 22nd hearing in NY Supreme Court. It may be just a straw to grasp at but FWIW I believe it offers a sign of hope.
