I have talked to them, and they are trying to correct the problems. That's why I say they have good customer relations. They are always ready to listen, and do work hard trying to solve our problems. They have done a good job of bringing Netcom into the fold. I was originally with Netcom. It's just that when your business depends on being able to retrieve timely data, not being able to connect is not a good thing. I'm sure they will work it out in time. I do think MindSpring is an excellent investment.
