Do not sweat it. There are 10's of 1000's of casino's who want to provide diversification: slots, card games, horse racing etc. This is a opportunity for the visionaries to excel. I am assuming that the licensing of Horsepower will be territorial and licenses will be renewable on a annual basis. Also, I'm assuming that these will go into our Casino/Racetrack in Michigan and Richmond. If I can get a Franchise for Calgary, I will.
