the feds will not raise the rates?...and u know this how?...lol...even alan greenspan doesnt know if rates are going to be raised right now...lets not kid ourselves, mdcm has potential cause the QP will end soon and the buy rec's are coming...they are in a sector with huge potential as internet based mortgages could grab 10% of the total within 2-3 yrs...but there are many obstacles...with mortgage lending rates at 2 yr highs,a strong possiblity of another rate hike in october, re-finances completely dead now, bond yields increasing again, the finance sector definately not in favor now...also, eeln going public first really hurt this company...btw, im long on this company but only til the first ramp upwards...this sector is quite crowded already and nobody really knows who will ultimately win...but chances are, mdcm will have a run-up soon...but how long will it last, who knows...jmho. mact
