Reggie: I watched your clip. Good job & good luck with your company. It's not blasphemy to post it here at all. My main observation is that you were too nice...if it had been McNealy in that position he would have taken the opportunity to savage, or at least get in a couple of nasty jabs at, both Sun & Microsoft (although your 'very easy sell' line came close).

What I've been wondering since I watched it is: what's the growth trajectory you're thinking about, what direction does Nuomedia take once you've got a user base? The casual observer (me) would predict that if you even begin to succeed you are most likely to get grabbed up by a big guy in a hurry...but worse things can happen<g>.
