Just replying to the last "non-me" message here. Amazingly dead here! The RIBI merger proxy is received here, anyone got thoughts on how they're gonna vote on this one? I have mixed feelings about the acquisition, notwithstanding the fact that the RIBI holders may not go for it either. The potential dilution worries me a bit too. Comments welcomed! Rick
