Surprised at the tone of your post...I have come to respect and watch for yours. For a guy who seems intelligent and logical, surprised you can't envision circumstances different than yours. I suppose a trader can decide to just kick off for the day, but my investments are live till I hit my targets. I generally buy options 3 months to a year out and ride it out to my loss or profit level. If I reach a reasonable target in minutes or days I'll take it, but not a trader. Qcharts has cost me money, and I simply voiced an honest opinion....you are right that your post tells me something about you.

The most important issue with me is accurate data, maybe you prefer all the neat interface features which I like also. Well Richard, got news for ya, my PaineWebber broker has accurate data everytime I call...system never down, don't have to switch servers or delete my temp directory and can rely on basic information such as avg daily volume. Let me put it this way...there are much more "reliable" systems out there. I'm still with Qcharts but running out of patience.

To each his own...hope you can respect that.

regards,

sf

PS: And we all know the customer service sucks...I, more than most as I have been a customer of quote.com over 3 years. I learned a long time ago that the best products have little chance without significant support behind them.
