<<Any negative scenarios I should consider?>> LOL!!!

Well here's my top 10:

10 - SEC Filing never happens

9 - Merger is canceled

8 - JCVD leaves the BOD and sues MVEE

7 - Speedway Junky flops as a video and doesn't get picked up by cable or TV

6 - After SEX flops at the film festivals and is never distributed

5 - Inferno (Coyote Moon or Desert Heat) turns out to not be THE BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR It turns out that those viewer votes that gave Inferno a 7.4/10 were from MVEE shareholders that had not seen the movie.

4 - Rights to When Neitchie Wept turned out to be willed to a member of the authors family who sues MVEE and the movie is never made.

3 - Tony Cataldo's partnership approach to growing the company results in tripling the number of shares outstanding (diluting current shareholder value) and then having to request a shareholder vote to increase the number of authorized shares.

2 - Tony Cataldo disappears like G&G and Peter Benz and the others before them.

1 - A former president of a used auto dealership who had his own web site (long before most people thought about it) becomes CEO of MVEE and promises to file with the SEC within 60 days or after the Offshore financing is complete.

Hopefully these things will not happen, but they could;~)
