I see Kevin has come to my defense...thanks Kevin. I agree
this market is kooky. I like PARA in the 1's where I buy
and think it is overvalued on these news spikes. My question
is this though. Why can't PARA mention the $200,000 in the
first release - making the issue crystal clear -- instead of
after the fact. I didn't pay attention to the news yesterday
until after I sold. The release was vague.

I think publicly traded companies hide behind SEC regulations in order to mislead investors. Companies should be required to release pertinent financial information in just enough detail that it does not compromise the companies competitive standing. Apparently the disclosure of the $200,000 was no big competitive secret. Again why not
reveal what PARA has gained (a meager amount) and let the stock gain a 32'nd or so instead of misleading.

Shame on PARA.
