Been out looking at the comet with my kids. It's at perihelion right now and pretty damn spectacular. We drove up the mountain where it's REAL black. No moon now either. We used a cheap telescope I got at a yard sale and a pair of REALLY good binoculars. Binocs worked great. I was reading GG's comment on the "other" thread about the lack of posts being a good contrary indicator. Guess he doesn't know we jumped ship.<GG> I talked to some friends in VT yesterday and thot they were April foolin' me with their tales of snow up to their a-holes. STILL didn't believe it till I saw the news last night. REAL windy here too. Went for a bike ride and pedaled my ass off to go about 5 mph. Went about 50 on the way back though<G> Just wanted to say hi and post a COMPLETELY OFF-TOPIC post<GGGGG> Jeff
