Zeev, the chart supports your "leaky floorless" theory. The first of these 3 financings was done on June 29 (one month before the opening of the variable conversion window). Coincidentally, June 29 marked the exact beginning of the long slide in the share price. quote.yahoo.com It could be that Daddy Warbucks is the major perpetrator of our decline, rather than Castle Creek. In which case, the claims that Castle Creek is not currently shorting could be correct.
