$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$GOOD MORNING TSIGers$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Why would someone loan TSIG 4m ???
Off RB

Let me take a crack at a possible scenario. Let's just suppose that some investors who have more knowledge and insight than we do choose to lend TSIG funds convertible at 10 cents per share. $3 million would equal 30 million shares. Remember, these are preferred shares. In addition as an incentive they are granted options which allow them to purchase additional shares at .25 per share. These options if exercised would bring funds directly to TSIG. Now if you felt reasonably comfortable that the business plan would generate income and earnings causing the share price to rise, that could make for a very good return on investment, wouldn't you agree? Go TSIG!!!
