DAK, my understanding is that there a 5,000 toxics out there and that they have not yet been converted. There were some stipulations regarding the second tranch which I believe ARIA has not yet been able to meet. It's kinda scarry to think that this company isn't even able to meet the stipulations of a floorless convertible. I'd appreciate corrections if my interpretation is incorrect. In regard to dillution, until these toxics are converted we will not see there dillutive effects. At current levels the toxics could convert into about 7MM shares. If the stock goes lower, say to 1/2, then that number goes up to nearly 12MM shares. Best regards John de C
