Trading halted on Oslo stock exchange in Ocean Rig. Fjord word is that the halt is related to FGI. It just may be possible that Ocean Rig will have to pay FGI a decent amount of money in relation to their dispute. Could affect FGI stock this morning. Developing fast. (As Drudge would say) big atoffshore.com
