A great article by TheStreet - typical of the quality stuff from Cramer's rag which I read most of, most days. I particularly enjoyed the last paragraph:

"Fulwider, at the OTS, says the rebuttal would be added to the E*Trade-Telebanc application and considered in tandem "in due course."

Not clear what impact this will have on EGRP - maybe positive, knowing the market.
