Dilution? Maybe I didn't read this closely enough, but it appears to me that this offering is an offering by current shareholders who have a lot of shares via acquisitions, and want to dump some or all of their shares. While this is not good news in my opinion, I don't think it represents dilution as these shares were already registered during the process of the various acquisitions. Is there an accountant out there who knows more about this than I do? Date on this filing is 8/27 and the price quoted is 7 3/8 which could explain why we've been hovering about that level for awhile. While the fact that these people, who are somewhat knowledgeable about IFCI's prospects, are dumping their shares is bearish, there could be a nice little up movement after the market clears this 2 million share overhang. All in MHO.
Thanks for the link Snake.
