Wally and All: Green light here on the market. Get out of the way. Negative sentiment has been huge and will provide fuel as been stated before. SOX makes new high yesterday in market sell off. Guess what is going to outperform over the next few weeks into expiration? The SOX. Let's see if the SOX can drag the semi equips to new highs.

But we must look at the CIBCR out at any time now even if the market could care less about this number. We will not be complacent.
