Howard: That's a bad choice. It was clear from that message that he was joking. Let's be objective here. Also, had a long talk with couple of broker and analysts friends of mine regarding DGIV's status, there is a difference between what you are free to say and what is prudent for you to say. When a cloud hangs over the company, it is prudent for them to clear everything up with SEC and then, make press releases. It is excruciating to wait when you see your investment stuck in mud. But, that is the only choice. DGIV cannot and should not kick dirt in the face of their counsel or SEC. Yes, they are free to say and write anything but that won't be prudent.
