Howdy do Jon, mah Aunt in SF has been jumpin all around on diff free ISP's. She is now an expert on them and always comes back to AOL. Plus she likes the fact that she and I can do Instant Messages in real time as opposed to just email. I imagine there are a lot of folks with friends and family that feel the same way which should provide the so-called "stickiness" to AOL. I think it bodes well for AOL longs for sure.
