If you think the SEC will halt a stock for little things like this,
you have a long wait. I can show you one good example of a company
where the officers bled it dry, closed the doors and it still trades!
After numerous complaints to the SEC to investigate.

SNMM main business is in Antigua, and so they should rightly move
thier offices there too.
