[Shareholder risks]

<<<."current ADSL products prohibitively expensive, cost improvements will be necessary ...fiber and satellite delivers greater bandwidth...amtx opportunity more likely overseas than in usa. what thinkst thou? (The above from AMTX own report - glad to fax but undoubtedly you have it.)>>>

It's also printed in the prospectus under "shareholder risks." They have to list every possible contingency to avoid lawsuits. If you've ever had surgery, you know you have to sign a form saying you accept the possibility of death. I had to sign one for toe surgery!

"Prohibitively expensive," true and will remain so until they achieve economies of scale. Fiber and satellite delivers greater bandwidth," true, though many other factors mitigate either as being prohibitive risk (in my opinion). "Opportunity more likely overseas than in USA," I think this is still true, but don't know for how long.

BTW, I don't ever take these risks lightly. Even though they sound like boilerplate, they're there for a reason.
