John,

Am I psychic or what?? I was just speaking with Bill Carraway this evening and discussing just this very point. It had caused me some concern as well and I wanted to know what the Sitrep was.

Bill said that the 60 day window will likely be extended to 90 days and that the public hearing has already been held with no objections from the public. The only thing remaining is for GRNO to pass the series of STAC(sic) test mandated by DEHC. With the operation of the Thermal Oxidizer, no problems are to be expected. Furthermore, with the amount of press that GRNO has been receiving in SC, it is unlikely that DHEC will continue to be so obstinate as they were before. If they are, there will be hell to pay. This is where Michael Klein and the SC Export commission come into play. GRNO means jobs, and an entire new industry for SC. You don't want to be the governmental agency that stands in the way of a company possessing this kind of potential.

The unit has also received some last minute modifications that will increase production efficiency rather substantially, I was informed. Believe me, I'm begging Bill to release some information to me that I can share out here on the net. However, he has his own schedule that he is following and it is not up to me to impose my demands for informational "tidbits" to feed the weak of heart. While folks have been selling over the past two weeks, the wife and I have been buying.

But now Diver suddenly feels some incredible motivation to "save us from ourselves" while he hasn't bothered to contact the company or anyone outside of Susan Lynch, (who apparently had little interest in the business.) He asks stupid questions like, "who is Research Fuels?"

You should know who it is.. It's Bob Feller, one of your fellow GRNO distributors... oops!! That's right. Your "good buddy", Don Lynch suckered you out of your distributorship, didn't he... "he he" (that's what this basically comes down to, isn't it Bill?? <Diver> You didn't have the faith and the patience.)

For those who doubt whether or not the Research Fuels deal is real, I did a little research of my own. It is very real, and I don't feel comfortable about discussing it until these folks get all of their ducks in line. Let's just say that I have independent and very reputable confirmation completely outside of GRNO circles.

Bill.. as a businessman, you must be obviously aware of the difficulties involved in obtaining letters of credit for projects like these. We're talking big money here. $1.5+ million smackers. I don't even have that much money... (Yet... :0)

I met Bob Feller and his banker during my last little trip to Charleston. In fact, this fellow has my email address as I informed him of what we were doing out here on the Internet. The deal is real and will likely soon to come to full fruition. There have obviously been some delays. But then again, Bill, I'm sure that you have never delayed any project that you have committed to. Have you??

Diver, if you don't like GRNO and can't report anything that you are willing to substantiate in hard copy, or continue to be unwilling to talk to management, then I would suggest that you sell your stock and move on. Oops!!.... There I go again. I had forgotten that you have already sold your stock on Feb 24th, netting a fair $8+ for each of your 4,000 shares. And btw, didn't you only pay $5,000 for the whole lot??

Is this the sort of diligence you perform on all of your stocks?? Amazing!! I think it was wise that you sold your business to Don Lynch. He saw the value when you didn't. You yourself have said that he was a very brilliant and savvy individual. I imagine that he knew what he was doing and it is just "killing you" that you screwed up. Otherwise, you would surely find better things to do than your inept disinformation campaign. (you even make the CIA look good.. :0)

It is just very sad that Mr. Lynch passed away before seeing his vision come to reality.

Regards,

Ron
