My point being, if that list/e-mail group does indeed move to SI at some point in the future and there is a
growing basket of Gorilla Game folders here at SI, isn't that thinning out the discussion and ideas from the
collective group of 'gamers'? I would agree that there are various parts of the 'game' that we need to be aware
of, but as investors shouldn't we discuss the whole game even if we choose to only participate - investing wise
- in parts rather than the whole?

I agree. Its difficult enough keeping up with this thread in a comprehensive way. If the threads were split (and the email list became another thread), my chances of really reading and trying to understand the nuances of some of these companies will be greatly reduced. I can follow this thread and the email list pretty well, but to add more noise (in addition to the OTHER 8 or 9 threads that I follow on SI) will be too much. I vote for consolidation, not diversification!(In TRUE Gorilla Game style!)

Jeff

p.s. I also thought that the threat of shutting down the email list was a little extreme...I've seen much worse "flaming" than what had been happening on that list.
