I phoned the Calgary office again this morning at 11:02 ET, and my call was forwarded automatically to Prescott Arizona. I was told by the receptionist there that the Calgary office was closed today (as it was yesterday) for inventory taking.
She told me that the office would be open again on Tuesday (after the Labour Day holiday).
