Ronnie: Yeah, the Barron's article referred to Aura as "king of Reg S". Shares offshore were being sold at lower prices than those available here!

Also, I wanted to mention a 1992 article by Tom Petruno in the L.A. Times which said that although W.R. Davis Engineering in Ottawa had cancelled a contract with Aura because the development process wasn't happening quickly enough (according to a Davis spokesman), Aura president Kurtzman was quoted as saying "I'm not exactly sure" why the contract was terminated.

Add that to the list under Buffett's caveat about the importance of candor and openness by management, or as you said, who comes first, management or shareholders?

c-ya-2!
