I'm sorry, Gregory, but Cramer has an ego problem, in my opinion. I Emailed him at the end of last September (or, the first week in October), when he was downgrading AMAT, et al, and told him he was doing a disservice to all his readers by downgrading the "semi" group at a time when he should be telling "long term investors" to hold on tight. He Emailed back to me and basically said that he stood by what he said, and that was that! I wonder how many people "bailed" because of his words? I hope he can sleep at night, knowing that in his being wrong he could have caused some "poor" people to lose a lot of their net worth! People of influence need to think more about "what happens if I am wrong", and then do a little hedging. All he had to say was something like, "of course, in the long run the "semi" group will probably recover nicely". dc
